Roars and Whispers has been named a Pacemaker finalist for the sixth time. The National Scholastic Press Association has recognized only 15 magazines as finalists in the 2016 Magazine Pacemaker competition.
“The Pacemaker is the association’s preeminent award and is often called the Pulitzer Prize of scholastic media,” said Laura Widmer, executive director. “NSPA is honored to recognize the best of the best.” The Pacemaker has been awarded since 1927. Winners will be announced at the National Journalism Convention in Seattle on Saturday, April 11th. Comments are closed.
